针对开关电磁铁在比例控制中的应用探索,在分析开关电磁铁的基本特性的基础上,建立了开关电磁铁的动态数学模型,并对其进行线性化修正,在Maxwell软件中进行仿真,分析了结构参数的变化对电磁铁性能产生的影响,得到其力-位移特性曲线;搭建了实验平台对其进行线性化实验,实验结果表明:开关电磁铁仍有部分线性段,可适用于有位移可放大功能的比例控制阀.

Aiming at the linear application of switching solenoid, on the basis of switching solenoid's basic characteristics, its mathematical model which had been linear corrected was established, the influence of structure parameters on the performance of the switching solenoids was analyzed by using software Maxwell, the simulation curves between force and displacement was gotten; experiment results show:switching solenoid having part linear output displacement can be applied to the proportional valves with displacement amplifying .
