目的:主要探讨动力取向大学生团体咨询气氛和疗效因子的变化。方法:运用团体气氛量表和疗效因素量表对团体施测。结果:经比较分析,早期气氛投入度低,冲突度和逃避度较高,晚期投入度升高,冲突度、逃避度下降;利他性、人际觉察、家庭重现、自我了解等因子有差异;与早期相比,晚期投入度高的气氛下,自我了解、家庭重现、人际觉察为重要疗效因子。结论:动力取向的大学生团体心理咨询早期和晚期气氛与疗效因子不同。

목적:주요탐토동력취향대학생단체자순기분화료효인자적변화。방법:운용단체기분량표화료효인소량표대단체시측。결과:경비교분석,조기기분투입도저,충돌도화도피도교고,만기투입도승고,충돌도、도피도하강;이타성、인제각찰、가정중현、자아료해등인자유차이;여조기상비,만기투입도고적기분하,자아료해、가정중현、인제각찰위중요료효인자。결론:동력취향적대학생단체심리자순조기화만기기분여료효인자불동。
The objective of this study is dynamically interpersonal group therapy to college students as the research subject. The purpose is to find the change of the group climate and the therapeutic factors in the dynamically interpersonal group psychotherapy. The method is to measure student group in early and late stage with climate questionnaire and therapeutic factor questionnaire. The results are: compared with that of the late stage, the engagement of group climate is low, the conflict and avoidance are high in early stage. The therapeutic factors that play more important role are catharsis, self-understanding and guidance in early stage. As the group process, the engagement of group climate is elated, the conflict and avoidance reduced in late stage. The therapeutic factors that play more important role are self-understanding, family reproduction and interpersonal input in late stage. At the same time in the early and late group, there is significant difference in terms of the therapeutic factors of altruism, interpersonal input, family reproduction and self-understanding. The conclusion is: dynamically college students interpersonal groups are different group climate and therapeutic factors in early and late stage.
