现行工程设计中对液压缸临界载荷计算方法的分歧主要在于力学模型的抽象不同.在许多文献中,液压缸的缸体和活塞杆被视为刚性连接的具有不同截面形式的杆.考虑到连接处的摩擦和间隙对压稳的影响,实际上杆与缸体间为柔性连接,该文建立新的力学模型,并对此模型进行计算研究.

The critical load calculation method of hydraulic cylinder in the design of engineering differences lies in the different mechanical models of the abstract.In many literatures, the cylinder of hydraulic cylinder and the piston rod is seen as a rigid connection with different cross section forms of rods.Considering the friction and clearance between the coupling influence on voltage stability, actually for the flexi-ble connection between rod and cylinder, in this paper, a new mechanics model is set up, and calculation of the model.
