본문결합락삼고속공로개확건공정，연구고속공로개확건공정보통방안설계，요수립“이인위본，이차위체”적설계사상，제정일투과학、합리화계통적보통방안，발휘로로적사회경제효익，감소사회영향。
Combined with the improvement and extension project of Luosan Expressway, the pat scheme of highway improvement and extension project are studied in this paper, establishing with the designing concept of"people-ori?ented and taking cars as the body", to develop a set of scientific, reasonable and systematic pat scheme, play the old social and economic benefits, and reduce the social impact.
