目的:研究养肾排毒方的大孔树脂分离纯化参数。方法采用单因素试验法对大孔树脂吸附分离养肾排毒方的工艺条件进行优选。结果优选树脂品种为 AB-8和 D101等比混合树脂,最大上柱量为2 g 药材/1 g 树脂,上柱药液浓度为0.688 g/mL,上柱流速为2 BV/h;蒸馏水5 BV 为杂质洗脱剂,70%乙醇5 BV 为有效成分洗脱剂,洗脱流速均为2 BV/h。结论优选的养肾排毒方大孔树脂分离纯化工艺是科学合理的。

목적:연구양신배독방적대공수지분리순화삼수。방법채용단인소시험법대대공수지흡부분리양신배독방적공예조건진행우선。결과우선수지품충위 AB-8화 D101등비혼합수지,최대상주량위2 g 약재/1 g 수지,상주약액농도위0.688 g/mL,상주류속위2 BV/h;증류수5 BV 위잡질세탈제,70%을순5 BV 위유효성분세탈제,세탈류속균위2 BV/h。결론우선적양신배독방대공수지분리순화공예시과학합리적。
OBJECTIVE To study Separation and purification parameters of the Yangshen-Paidu Fang by macroporous res-in.METHODS Single factor design method was used to optimize the adsorption and separation technique by macroporous res-in.RESULTS The optimal parameters of the macroporous resin purification were as follow:the variety of macroporous resin was mixture containing AB-8 and D101 resin(1∶1),the concentration of sample solution was 0.688 g/mL at a flow of 2 BV/h,and sample solution were eluted in order with deionized water of 5 BV,70% alcohol of 5 BV at a flow of 2 BV/h.CONCLU-SION The macroporous resin purification technique of the Yangshen-Paidu Fang is rational and scientific.
