针对首山一矿瓦斯抽采效率低下,封孔工艺复杂,且封孔方式不带压封孔,无法满足抽采要求,现引进固特捷封孔工艺和天固封孔工艺。这两种封孔工艺均可实现带压封孔,经工业性试验验证,对比首山一矿现有封孔工艺,发现采用新型封孔工艺后,瓦斯抽采量和瓦斯抽采浓度都有了明显的提高,且新的封孔工艺可以大大改善工人的劳动强度,降低封孔费用。
針對首山一礦瓦斯抽採效率低下,封孔工藝複雜,且封孔方式不帶壓封孔,無法滿足抽採要求,現引進固特捷封孔工藝和天固封孔工藝。這兩種封孔工藝均可實現帶壓封孔,經工業性試驗驗證,對比首山一礦現有封孔工藝,髮現採用新型封孔工藝後,瓦斯抽採量和瓦斯抽採濃度都有瞭明顯的提高,且新的封孔工藝可以大大改善工人的勞動彊度,降低封孔費用。

As Shoushan No.1 mine has low efficiency in gas extraction, complicated sealing process, and the sealing has no pressure, which cannot meet the drainage requirements. Solid Tegic sealing process and day solid sealing pro?cess are introduced, the two sealing processes can be both realized with pressure sealing. After industrial test and ver?ification, compared to the existing sealing process of Shoushan No.1 mine, it is found that after using the new sealing process, the amount of gas drainage and gas drainage concentration have significantly improved, and the new sealing process can greatly improve labor intensity and reduce sealing expenses.
