Under the current situation of surplus iron and steel production capacity with a wide range of variety, the billet designed and commissioned in the 1990s has single design specifications, this paper, from the craft and the equipment, carries out a specifications expansion of billet production line, re-designs the mould and three-stage cool?ing spray pipe structure, and achieves good results.
