糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)是一种难于逆转的致盲性眼病.随着糖尿病患病人数逐年增加以及人口的老龄化,我国将面临DR患病率和致盲率持续增高的双重挑战.我们要改变以往医疗机构为核心的工作模式,以社区为基础,构建"健康宣教-筛查-转诊-治疗-随访-健康管理"为主线的DR综合防治体系和服务模式,有效整合公共卫生和临床医疗两大服务体系和资源,创新服务模式,从医防融合的高度积极应对DR的高发态势.

Diabetic retinopathy (DR) is an irreversible blinding eye disease.With the increased number of diabetes patients and aging population, China is now facing both the high prevalence rate and blindness rate of DR.It requires us to change the traditional mode and build a comprehensive, communitybased system for DR prevention and treatment.The mainline is "Health Education-Screening-ReferralTreatment-Follow-up-Health Management".The public health resource and clinical resource should be effectively integrated into this system, so as to control high momentum of DR.
