为了提高声发射检测对材料缺陷定位的可靠性以及为传感器的安装提供依据。本文根据时差定位理论,从点定位、线定位、面定位三个方面对缺陷进行定位研究。结果表明:线定位可较准确地对缺陷进行定位,其检测结果与实际误差约为5.4%。面定位较线定位更为准确,其检测结果与实际误差约为3.8%。

In order to improve the reliability of the acoustic emission detection for the material defect location and provide the basis for the installation of the sensor,based on the time difference location theory,this paper studies the localization of the defects from three aspects:point positioning,line positioning,and surface positioning. The re?sults show that the positioning of the line can be more accurate,and the detection results have an error about 5.4%with the actual value. Surface positioning is more accurate than line positioning,and the detection results have an er?ror about 3.8%with the actual value.
