该文以东滩煤矿溜煤眼下锁口施工为基础，分析安装给煤机缓冲钢梁装置使用效果，综合对比两处给煤机安装概况及在没有安装缓冲钢梁装置的情况下给煤机的使用效果及寿命。实践证明：安装给煤机缓冲钢梁装置，实现给煤机平稳、高效、安全运行，大幅度的提高给煤机使用寿命，满足矿井正常生产，具有显著的经济效益。

Based on the construction of the lower lock of milling coal hole in DongTan coal mine, This paper is, and the effect of the use of the buffer device for coal mine was analyzed in this paper. Comprehensively contrast the service life and the effect of the coal feeder with no buffer device, the practice has proved that the application and promotion of the technology of the buffer device for coal mine, and the coal mine machine is stable, efifcient and safe operation, greatly improve the service life of the coal machine, meet the normal production of the mine, has a signiifcant economic beneifts.
