井下管柱服役环境不断恶化,常规的API接头已不能满足高温高压井管柱连接强度的要求。为了解决上扣扭矩控制不当而引起的特殊螺纹油管接头失效的问题,本文利用ABAQUS有限元软件建立考虑螺纹升角的特殊螺纹接头的三维模型,分析最小、最佳、最大上扣扭矩下特殊螺纹的最大等效应力,以保证管体与特殊螺纹接头具有足够的连接强度。

The traditional API connection cannot meet the need of HPHT wells for connection stress as downhole environment getting worse. To overcome the failure of premium connection caused by improper control of torques, a 3D model of premium connection was established by using ABAQUS finite element software under the consider?ation of lead angle. The maximum vonmises stress of the premium connection under optimum,minimum and maxi?mum make-up torques were analyzed to ensure enough strength between the tube and premium connection.
