本文对哈××井油管粘扣和脱扣问题进行了研究,通过宏观形貌、微观形貌、金相检验、上卸扣实验等方法对脱扣的油管进行了失效分析,同时对该批次新油管进行了取样分析。结果表明:严重粘扣和上扣不到位是油管脱扣的原因,现场操作不当及抗粘扣性能不好是油管粘扣的原因。

An investigation on galling and tripping accident for tubing in Ha×× well is given in this paper,by the methods of macro and micro morphology,metallographic test,and make-up and break-out experiments,the fail?ure test was carried out for the tripping tubing. The results showed that the serious tubing galling and the dis?placed make-up were the causes of tripping tubing,and tubing galling was caused by abnormal operation and poor tubing anti galling performance.
