[目的]评价腹腔引流液识别卡在胃肠术后并发症观察中的应用效果。[方法]对309例胃肠手术后病人应用腹腔引流液识别卡进行腹腔引流液观察，评价腹腔引流液识别卡的临床诊断意义。[结果]胃肠术后腹腔引流液的引流液识别卡判断符合率为87.70%，腹腔引流液识别卡对异常引流液的判断准确率为65.22%。[结论]腹腔引流液识别卡在胃肠术后腹腔引流液的判断符合率高，但引流液识别卡对异常引流液的判断准确率低，腹腔引流液识别卡可作为观察判断胃肠术后并发症的有效筛查手段之一。

Objective:To evaluate the application effect of abdominal drainage fluid identification card in observa-tion of gastrointestinal complications.Methods:The abdominal drainage fluid of a total of 309 patients after gas-trointestinal surgery were observed by using abdominal drainage fluid identification card,then to evaluate the clinical diagnosis significance of abdominal drainage fluid identification card.Results:The j udge coincidence rate of gastrointestinal postoperative abdominal drainage fluid identification card was 87.70%,its judgment accuracy rate for abnormal drainage fluid was 65.22%.Conclusion:The judge coincidence rate of abdominal drainage fluid identification card was higher in identification of gastrointestinal postoperative abdominal drainage fluid,but the j udgment accuracy rate for abnormal drainage liquid was lower.The abdominal cavity drainage fluid identifica-tion card could be used as one of effective screening ways of gastrointestinal complications.
