[目的]初步研制神经科病人管路滑脱危险因素评估量表。[方法]在阅读大量文献资料和回顾我院管路滑脱病人病例的基础上,组织专家组会议拟定量表条目池,通过2轮Delphi专家函询法形成预测量表,选择396名神经科病人进行调查,筛选预测量表条目并检验其信度、效度。[结果]该量表由性别、年龄、意识、配合程度、情绪、肢体活动、制动、沟通、不舒适感和其他10个条目组成,量表内部一致性Cronbach’sα系数为0.780,重测信度Pearson系数为0.896,评定者间信度为0.924,内容效度为0.902。[结论]该量表具有良好的信度与效度,为正式量表的形成奠定了基础。
[目的]初步研製神經科病人管路滑脫危險因素評估量錶。[方法]在閱讀大量文獻資料和迴顧我院管路滑脫病人病例的基礎上,組織專傢組會議擬定量錶條目池,通過2輪Delphi專傢函詢法形成預測量錶,選擇396名神經科病人進行調查,篩選預測量錶條目併檢驗其信度、效度。[結果]該量錶由性彆、年齡、意識、配閤程度、情緒、肢體活動、製動、溝通、不舒適感和其他10箇條目組成,量錶內部一緻性Cronbach’sα繫數為0.780,重測信度Pearson繫數為0.896,評定者間信度為0.924,內容效度為0.902。[結論]該量錶具有良好的信度與效度,為正式量錶的形成奠定瞭基礎。
[목적]초보연제신경과병인관로활탈위험인소평고량표。[방법]재열독대량문헌자료화회고아원관로활탈병인병례적기출상,조직전가조회의의정량표조목지,통과2륜Delphi전가함순법형성예측량표,선택396명신경과병인진행조사,사선예측량표조목병검험기신도、효도。[결과]해량표유성별、년령、의식、배합정도、정서、지체활동、제동、구통、불서괄감화기타10개조목조성,량표내부일치성Cronbach’sα계수위0.780,중측신도Pearson계수위0.896,평정자간신도위0.924,내용효도위0.902。[결론]해량표구유량호적신도여효도,위정식량표적형성전정료기출。
Objective:To develop the pipe slippage risk factors assessment scale in patients in neurological de-partment preliminarily.Methods:On the basis of reading a lot of literatures and reviewing the cases of patients with pipe slippage in our hospital,organized an expert group meeting to protocol item pool of the scale.The pre-dictive scale was formed through two rounds of Delphi expert inquiry method.A total of 3 9 6 patients in neuro-logical department were investigated,and then to screen the items of predictive scale and test their reliability and validity.Results:This scale was consist of gender,age,consciousness,degree of coordination,emotion,limb ac-tivity,braking,communication,discomfort and other,totally 10 items.The Cronbach’sαcoefficient of internal consistency of scale was 0.780,the Pearson coefficient of retest reliability was 0.896,the reliability among the raters was 0.924 and the content validity was 0.902.Conclusion:This scale had good reliability and validity, which has laid a foundation for the formation of the formal scale.
