[目的]建立以信息动机行为技巧模型(IMB)为基础的创伤下肢截肢病人随访管理模式，改善截肢术后病人的生存状态。[方法]将62例因创伤导致的下肢截肢病人随机分为观察组和对照组各31例，对照组采用常规出院管理模式，观察组采用以 IMB为基础的出院病人管理模式。比较两组病人进行康复锻炼的依从性、干预前后健康状况调查问卷(SF 36)得分及跌倒效能量表(mFES)得分。[结果]观察组病人进行康复锻炼依从性明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。干预后观察组病人的 SF 36总分、躯体健康相关生活质量、心理健康相关生活质量及 mFES总分、室内跌倒效能评分、室外跌倒效能评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]基于 IMB模型提供的信息、动机和行为干预，能够明显提升下肢截肢病人进行康复锻炼的依从性，改善病人的生存质量，促进病人康复。

[목적]건립이신식동궤행위기교모형(IMB)위기출적창상하지절지병인수방관리모식，개선절지술후병인적생존상태。[방법]장62례인창상도치적하지절지병인수궤분위관찰조화대조조각31례，대조조채용상규출원관리모식，관찰조채용이 IMB위기출적출원병인관리모식。비교량조병인진행강복단련적의종성、간예전후건강상황조사문권(SF 36)득분급질도효능량표(mFES)득분。[결과]관찰조병인진행강복단련의종성명현고우대조조(P<0.01)。간예후관찰조병인적 SF 36총분、구체건강상관생활질량、심리건강상관생활질량급 mFES총분、실내질도효능평분、실외질도효능평분균명현고우대조조(P<0.05)。[결론]기우 IMB모형제공적신식、동궤화행위간예，능구명현제승하지절지병인진행강복단련적의종성，개선병인적생존질량，촉진병인강복。
Objective:To establish follow up management mode of patients with traumatic lower limb amputa-tion based on the information motivation behavior skills model (IMB),so as to improve the survival state of the patients with amputation surgery.Methods:A total of 62 cases patients with lower limb amputation caused by trauma were randomly divided into observation group and control group (n=3 1 ),the patients in control group used normal hospital management mode,the observation group patients using discharged hospital man-agement mode on the basis of the IMB.Compare the adherence of rehabilitation exercise in two groups,the score of health questionnaire (SF 36 )before and after intervention and the score of fall efficiency rating scale (mFES).Results:Adherence of rehabilitation exercise in observation group was obviously higher than the control group (P<0.01).Quality of life related to body health,quality of life related mental health,indoor fall down effi-ciency score and outdoor performance score in the observation group patients after the intervention all were sig-nificantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:It can significantly improve rehabilitation ex-ercise adherence of patients with lower limb amputation,improve quality of patients’life,promote patients re-cover based on the information motivation and behavior intervention provided by the IMB model.
