以黑龙江科技大学人文地理与城乡规划专业应用型人才培养为例，探讨了校企合作的重要意义和核心内涵，在明确专业培养目标的基础上，以培养专业能力为核心，重构了适应区域经济发展和行业需求的实践课程教学体系，为新时期应用型人才的培养提供了思路。

Taking the applied talents training of human geography and urban and rural planning course in Heilongjiang University of Science and Technology for example,discussed the important significance and core connotation of university-enterprise cooperation,on the basis of defining the subject cultivation target,in order to cultivate taking professional ability as the core,reconstructed the practical course teaching system meet the needs of regional economic development and industry requirement,provided new idea for applied talents cultivation in new period.
