对高速电主轴内的离心现象进行了分类,归纳出了离心力的三种表现形式及其对主轴动态、热态特性的影响,指出离心力影响的广泛性和严重性,它不仅是影响主轴动态特性的关键因素,而且能加剧轴承发热;同时指出了旋转部件因离心膨胀而可能带来的其他影响,从离心膨胀这一角度出发,为今后主轴动力学和热力学的研究提出了相关建议。
對高速電主軸內的離心現象進行瞭分類,歸納齣瞭離心力的三種錶現形式及其對主軸動態、熱態特性的影響,指齣離心力影響的廣汎性和嚴重性,它不僅是影響主軸動態特性的關鍵因素,而且能加劇軸承髮熱;同時指齣瞭鏇轉部件因離心膨脹而可能帶來的其他影響,從離心膨脹這一角度齣髮,為今後主軸動力學和熱力學的研究提齣瞭相關建議。

The centrifugal phenomenon was classified and three representations of centrifugal force and its influences on the dynamic and thermal characteristic of high speed spindle were summed up. The universality and severity of the centrifugal force were pointed out,which verified the force was a key factor of the spindle dynamic characteristics and a key factor to intensify the heat generation of bearings.Meanwhile,some other influences that might occur due to the centrifugal expansion were inG dicated as well,from the point of centrifugal expansion some references were provided to the future research work of high speed spindles.
