燃油费用在船舶营运成本中占有相当大的比重，因此，应对燃油消耗的各个环节加以控制，以减少燃油的浪费和对环境的污染。依靠传统的燃油消耗报表，很难对燃油消耗进行精确计算。而利用计算机软件对燃油消耗进行统计、分析是精确而有效的手段，能够充分考虑到海况、载货量、加油克扣能现实情况。此文利用电脑中自带的 excel VBA 程序开发了一款小型软件，实现了对船舶燃油消耗的精准化管理。
燃油費用在船舶營運成本中佔有相噹大的比重，因此，應對燃油消耗的各箇環節加以控製，以減少燃油的浪費和對環境的汙染。依靠傳統的燃油消耗報錶，很難對燃油消耗進行精確計算。而利用計算機軟件對燃油消耗進行統計、分析是精確而有效的手段，能夠充分攷慮到海況、載貨量、加油剋釦能現實情況。此文利用電腦中自帶的 excel VBA 程序開髮瞭一款小型軟件，實現瞭對船舶燃油消耗的精準化管理。

The cost of fuel oil on board ship holds a considerable proportion of the total oper-ating cost of the ship.Therefore,the fuel consumption control must be strictly implemented on each linkage of fuel transferring,to reduce the cost of the ship and also,the pollution of the environment.It is difficult to give accurate calculation for the consumption of the fuel by means of the traditional method.Computer software is effective in calculating and analyzing the fuel consumption and this article develops small software based on excel-VBA program for precision management of ship fuel.
