采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈+水为流动相,使用ODS C18250 mm×4.6 mm/5μm的不锈钢柱和二极管阵列检测器,在225 nm波长下对噻呋酰胺·氟环唑进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,噻呋酰胺、氟环唑的标准偏差分别为0.05和0.04;变异系数分别为0.46%和0.20%;平均回收率分别为98.23%和99.19%,线性相关系数分别为0.9995和0.9993。

A method for separation and quantitative analysis of thifluzamide and epoxiconazole by HPLC with acetonitrile and water as mobile phase, ODS C18 250 mm×4.6 mm/5 μm column and DAD detector at 225 nm was described. The results showed that the thifluzamide, epoxiconazole standard deviation were 0.05 and 0.04; coefficients of variation were 0.46% and 0.20%; average recoveries were 98.23% and 99.19%, linear correlation coefficient 0.999 5 and 0.999 3, respectively.
