以正十八烷为芯材,三聚氰胺-甲醛树脂为壁材,用原位聚合法制备相变微胶囊。用傅里叶红外光谱分析仪、热重分析仪、差示扫描量热仪、扫描电子显微镜等对相变微胶囊的结构、热性能、表观形态、粒径分布都进行表征与分析,测试结果表明:所制备的正十八烷相变微胶囊形貌规整、粒度均匀且相变热性能和热稳定性良好。
以正十八烷為芯材,三聚氰胺-甲醛樹脂為壁材,用原位聚閤法製備相變微膠囊。用傅裏葉紅外光譜分析儀、熱重分析儀、差示掃描量熱儀、掃描電子顯微鏡等對相變微膠囊的結構、熱性能、錶觀形態、粒徑分佈都進行錶徵與分析,測試結果錶明:所製備的正十八烷相變微膠囊形貌規整、粒度均勻且相變熱性能和熱穩定性良好。

Microcapsules containing n-octadecane were prepared by in-situ polymerization using melamine-formaldehyde resin as shells.Fabrication,thermal properties,morphology and diameter distributions of the prepared phase change microcapsules were investigated using fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy,ther-mogravimetric analysis , differential scanning calorimetry and scanning electron microscope, The results indicate that the prepared micrographs are regular spherical with uniform particle size distribution.It has good thermal properties of phase change and heat stability.
