急性髓细胞白血病（AML）是一组基因改变导致的造血干细胞恶性克隆性疾病，尽管联合化疗可提高AML患者的治疗疗效，但总体长期生存率仍不高，近年来，随着分子生物学技术的发展，人们对于白血病细胞的分子及遗传学改变有了新的认识，相继发现了一系列与发病机制密切相关的基因、受体、抗原等，并使针对这些靶点的靶向治疗成为可能。本文综述了急性髓细胞白血病靶向治疗方法的新进展，分析这些治疗方法所存在的问题，并对未来AML的临床治疗方法进行展望。

Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is a kind of genetic heterogeneous clonal hematopoietic stem cell disorder. Although there were improvements in the outcomes of AML with the application of combined chemotherapy, the overall survival remains dismal. The application of molecular biology techniques has led to new insight into the role of the molecular and genetic changes in leukemic cells. A series of pathogenesis-related genes, receptors, antigens have been found and opens the possibility of targeted therapies. This paper was aimed to review the progress in targeting therapy of AML, analyze problems in these treatments and make prospects on the treatment of AML in future.
