该文采用自主研发的一套非接触、高精度的激光超声实验系统,对脉冲激光在薄铝板中激发的超声表面波信号进行了实验研究.利用调Q脉冲激光器在铝板样品中激发超声表面波信号,超声表面波由激光多普勒测振计接收,接入示波器,记录与超声振动对应的电信号;同时光电探测器接收样品表面的反射光信号提供时间原点的参考接入示波器.实验中测得的波形具有典型的表面波对心、双极的特点,表明该实验系统能够激发并接收到性能良好的超声表面波;对实验数据进行提取、处理和分析,得到表面波在铝板中的传播速度,与理论解吻合良好,表明该实验方法在超声表面波波速测量上有很高的精度和应用前景.

This article usesof a set of non-contact,high precision laser ultrasonic experiment system which was independent research and developed .The pulse laser excitation in the thin aluminum plate surface of the ultrasonic wave signal has carried on the experimental study. Using the pulse tuning-Q laser in aluminum plate samples inspire ultrasonic surface wave signals ,Ultrasonic surface wave received by the doppler vibration meter, and the oscilloscope records the corresponding electrical signals which caused by ultrasonic vibration. And photoelectric detector as reference time the origin of the reflected light signal of sample surface access to the oscilloscope. Experiments of measured waveform as the typical surface wave characteristics of central and bipolar, which shows that the experiment system can motivate and receives the good performance of the ultrasonic surface wave .By extracting, processing and analyzing to experimental data, we got that the propagation velocity of surface wave in the aluminum plate is good agree with the theoretical solution .This conclusion indicates that the experimental method which measures the ultrasonic surface wave velocity has high precision and application prospect.
