采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、测试和数理统计法，利用2005年和2010年新疆维吾尔族中小学生体质调研资料，在对7~18岁维吾尔族中小学生身体素质指标进行统计分析的基础上，探讨其身体素质变化的特征和规律，对其原因进行分析，并提出相应的建议。
採用文獻資料法、專傢訪談法、測試和數理統計法，利用2005年和2010年新疆維吾爾族中小學生體質調研資料，在對7~18歲維吾爾族中小學生身體素質指標進行統計分析的基礎上，探討其身體素質變化的特徵和規律，對其原因進行分析，併提齣相應的建議。
채용문헌자료법、전가방담법、측시화수리통계법，이용2005년화2010년신강유오이족중소학생체질조연자료，재대7~18세유오이족중소학생신체소질지표진행통계분석적기출상，탐토기신체소질변화적특정화규률，대기원인진행분석，병제출상응적건의。
In this paper,by searching the literature,interviewing with expert,measuring the physical indices,mathematical statistics analysis,as well as the analysis the investigation data of the physical quality of Uygur school students in Xinjiang in 2005 and 2010,some characteristics and changing pattern of the physical quality of 7-1 8 years-old students were revealed.Further more,the cause of which the pattern was formed and the measurement to improve physical quality of the school students were suggested.
