目的：对尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶致过敏性休克的1例严重不良反应进行用药分析。方法用回顾性分析方法，收集该例不良反应的相关临床信息，对其发生原因进行探讨。结果与结论尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶可引起严重不良反应，使用时应引起高度重视；同时应做好其药品不良反应监测工作，为其说明书修订提供参考。

Objective To explore the severe adverse drug reaction ( ADR) caused by heamocoagulase agkistrodon.Methods Using retro-spective analysis, information about this severe adverse reaction was collected and their causes were discussed.Results and conclusion Heamocoagulase agkistrodon can cause severe adverse reaction, when using it should pay great attention.At the same time,we should improve ADR monitoring to provide references for statement revising of the heamo-coagulase agkistrodon.
