汉语国际教育硕士与普通硕士相比,具有职业专门性和教育实践性的特点,其教学能力决定了其未来的教学水平。基于对“合作学习”的思考,针对目前在校汉语国际教育硕士研究生的教学能力现状,提出了“合作学习”的教学模式,主要有:“师生合作”,即国内导师和国外导师合作指导;“生生合作”,即汉语国际教育硕士研究生之间合作、中外学生之间合作。这有助于使他们更好地提升教学能力,胜任未来的教学工作。

Compared with any other master,a MTCSOL possesses the characteristics of professional expertise and education practice,which will determine his pedagogic level in his future work.Based on the consideration of "co-operative learning"and aimed at the present situation of the teaching proficiency of the MTCSOLs,this paper put forward a teaching model of cooperative learning:mainly,"the cooperation between teachers and students",which means that the domestic teachers and the foreign teachers co-supervise the students,and "the cooperation between students themselves",which means that the domestic students and foreign student cooperate among themselves.In this way,their ability of teaching can be further improved so as to be more competent for the future work.
