目的：探讨药剂科抗菌药物合理应用的管理措施。方法：选择2013年1月至2014年1月我院223张抗菌药物处方作为对照组，选择2014年2月至2015年2月我院245张抗菌药物处方作为研究组。对照组采取常规药剂科抗菌药物管理方法，研究组在此基础上采取强化抗菌药物管理措施。结果：研究组抗菌药物处方的不合理应用率为4.08％，显著低于对照组的14.36％（ P＜0.05）。结论：强化抗菌药物管理措施对药剂科抗菌药物合理应用具有显著的促进作用，是维护患者利益、提高用药安全的有效保障。
목적：탐토약제과항균약물합리응용적관리조시。방법：선택2013년1월지2014년1월아원223장항균약물처방작위대조조，선택2014년2월지2015년2월아원245장항균약물처방작위연구조。대조조채취상규약제과항균약물관리방법，연구조재차기출상채취강화항균약물관리조시。결과：연구조항균약물처방적불합리응용솔위4.08％，현저저우대조조적14.36％（ P＜0.05）。결론：강화항균약물관리조시대약제과항균약물합리응용구유현저적촉진작용，시유호환자이익、제고용약안전적유효보장。
Objective:To explore the management measures of reasonable application of antibacterials in pharmaceutical preparation section.Methods:Two hundred and twenty-threepieces of antimicrobial prescriptions of our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected as control group, and 245 pieces of antimicrobial prescriptions of our hospital fromFebruary 2014 to February 2015 were se-lected as research group.The control group involvedconventional antimicrobial drugs, and the research group involved strengthened ra-tional use ofantimicrobial drugs.Results:The unreasonable utility ratio of antimicrobial prescription in the research group was 4.08%, significantly lower than 14.36%of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthened management of antimicrobial drugs can sig-nificantly improve the rational use of antimicrobial drugs in pharmaceutical preparation section and the effectiveguarantee to protect inter-est of the patients and improve medication safety.
