This paper analyzes the engineering and geological conditions of slopes at prozone of some hydropower station,introduces the design method for the slope excavation support from the drainage system design,lattice design for the reinforced concrete,and bracing support design, undertakes the safety monitoring of the slopes,and proves by the result that the slopes can keep the stability and meet the demands of the safety operation.
