This article introduced a kind of law method of internal force diagram on the torque, axial force, shear force and bending moment in mechanical of materials, established the relationship between the change of internal force and the direction of the external force, and gave an example to illustrate the internal force diagram by using this method,in order to achieve accurate and quick draw internal force diagram.
