研究了小麦酯酶检测有机磷农药的残留分析方法,根据酶抑制法的原理,对反应温度、pH、反应时间、显色剂及样品提取液等条件进行优化,得出采用固兰B盐既兼顾了底物和显色剂双重作用,又具有底物稳定性好、灵敏、简便实用的特点,同时也体现出固兰B盐法的优越性,其最低检出浓度为0.1mg/kg.

This article studies the analysis method of using wheat esterase to detect organophosphorus pesticide residues. According to the principle of enzymatic inhibition method, the reaction temperature, pH, reaction time, and the agent sample extracts are optimized. It is concluded that using fast blue salt B can not only considers the dual function of the substrate and the chromogenic agent, but also has the features of stable, sensitive and practical substrate, and at the same time the advantages of fast blue salt B are shown. Its minimum detectable concentration is 0.1mg/kg.
