在经济体制转轨和社会转型背景下，阐述了现代城市的价值个人主义的生存样式和道德心态，对道德生活领域的道德认识、道德评价以及道德实践等过程进行分析。现代性道德价值的位移，造成了现代城市的道德困惑和危机。这个困惑主要来自两个方面：一是传统的道德遭到了批判和否定；二是新的道德标准缺失。道德权威的重塑和道德赏罚的确立为城市转型之际各种社会矛盾和冲突的消解提供了价值资源和现实契机，引导城市超越现实的道德困惑、走向和谐的伦理世界。

In the background of economic system transition and social transformation,this paper expounds the survival style of value individualism and moral mentality in modern city; analyzes the process of moral cognition, moral evaluation,moral practice and so on in the field of moral life. Modernity displacement of moral value caused moral confusion and crisis in the modern city.This confusion mainly comes from two aspects: the first is the traditional moral was criticized and negative;the second is missing new moral standard. The moral authority to reshape and the establishment of the moral reward and penalty provide the value resources and real opportunity for the resolution of social contradictions and conflicts in the city transformation;it guides the city transcend the realistic moral confusion,to the ethical world harmony.
