目的：了解本院住院患者抗炎保肝药临床合理应用情况。方法用横断面调查方法，调查2015年1月6日住院患者抗炎保肝药使用是否合理的情况。结果2032例患者使用抗炎保肝药312例，使用率为15．35％，联合用药比率为41．35％；品种涉及5大类17个规格；抗炎保肝药使用例数前3位的科室分别是感染科、肝胆外科和肿瘤内科，使用率前3位的科室分别是感染科、结核科和皮肤科；不合理用药43例，其中无指征使用21例（48．84％），还存在品种选择、使用剂量、给药途径及疗程等问题。结论本院抗炎保肝药的使用存在不合理之处，医院应制定相应的标准，使临床用药趋向规范和合理。
목적：료해본원주원환자항염보간약림상합리응용정황。방법용횡단면조사방법，조사2015년1월6일주원환자항염보간약사용시부합리적정황。결과2032례환자사용항염보간약312례，사용솔위15．35％，연합용약비솔위41．35％；품충섭급5대류17개규격；항염보간약사용례수전3위적과실분별시감염과、간담외과화종류내과，사용솔전3위적과실분별시감염과、결핵과화피부과；불합리용약43례，기중무지정사용21례（48．84％），환존재품충선택、사용제량、급약도경급료정등문제。결론본원항염보간약적사용존재불합리지처，의원응제정상응적표준，사림상용약추향규범화합리。
Objective To investigate the clinical application of anti-inflammatory and liver protective medicine in our hospital patients. Methods A cross-sectional survey method was used to survey the hos-pital patients use of anti-inflammatory and liver protective medicine in January 6, 2015.Results In 2032 patients the use of anti-inflammato-ry and liver protective medicine in 312 cases, the use rate of 15.35%, drug combination ratio of 41.35%.Varieties of 5 categories of 17 specifi-cations.The anti -inflammatory and liver protective medicine with the use of the number of the top 3 departments were Infectious Diseases, De-partment of Hepatobiliary Surgery and Department of Medical Oncology. The use rate of one of the top 3 departments were department of Infectious Disease, Department of Tuberculosis and Department of Dermatolo-gy.Unreasonable drug use were found in 43 cases, of which no indica-tions using 21 cases(48.84%) , there were varieties selection, the use of dose, method and course of treatment.Conclusion Use is unreasonable in hospital patients with anti -inflammatory and liver protective medi-cine, the hospital should establish corresponding standard, norms and reasonable clinical application tendency.
