由于海面自身的条件及随机多变的特性,目标雷达散射回波会受到不同程度的影响。分别研究了海情变化对目标雷达回波的影响与雷达波入射角的关系,海面浮油对目标雷达回波的影响,浮油海面不同海情对目标雷达回波的影响,并进行了理论分析和仿真,结果表明:(1)入射角降低,不同海情对目标RCS 的影响变弱;(2)海面浮油后,目标 RCS 升高,且油层厚 H 越大,目标 RCS 值越高;(3)海面浮油后会影响海面的散射特性,随海情的升高,目标 RCS 会变小,其变化程度比正常海面小。研究结果为海面雷达侦测提供了参考依据。

The RCS of the target is affected by the characteristics and randomness of the sea surface. The paper studies the target RCS in different sea conditions,the relationship between the sea condition and the angles of radar wave,the influence of sea surface covered with oil on the target RCS.Then the theoretical analysis and the simulation are conducted with the descending of the angles,the influence of sea states on the target RCS reduces.When the sea surface is covered with oil,the target RCS will be increased.The oil thickness of H is greater,the target RCS is higher.The scattering properties are effected by the sea surface covered with oil.With the rising of the sea state,the target RCS will be smaller,with its change being smal-ler than the normal situation.
