传统雷达的检测性能受到雷达目标闪烁特性的影响,而多输入多输出(MIMO)雷达能够利用雷达目标的起伏特性,提高对感兴趣目标的检测性能。针对两种(K 分布和 IG-CG 分布)水面杂波背景下的MIMO 雷达检测算法,综合阐述了算法的实现过程,并对检测效果进行了仿真分析,结果表明:MIMO 检测对不同情况的水面杂波背景具有良好的检测性能;K 分布或 IG-CG 分布杂波背景中,当天线数目较少时,增加发射天线数的检测器性能比增加接收天线数的性能好。上述结论为 MIMO 雷达对水面背景中目标检测的工程化应用提供了参考。

The detection performance of conventional radar suffers from the scintillation characteristic of the target.However,the multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO)can exploit the radar cross section variation to improve the detection performance of the target of interest.The realization processes of two approaches for the MIMO radar detection against the water clutter(K distribution and IG-CG distribution)are expatiated. The simulation analysis of the detection performance is provided.The results indicate that the MIMO proces-sors exhibit good detection performance under the various cases of water clutter.Moreover,the detection performance of MIMO processor with increased number of the transmit antenna is superior to that with in-creased number of the receive antenna against K distribution or IG-CG distribution when the number of the antenna is small.It can provide references for the engineering applications of MIMO radar detection under the background of water clutter.
