In the era of knowledge economy, it is an obvious trend that technical standards are combined with the patents. That patented technologies being utilized in technical standards has become a standardization strategy in the world. There are several conlficts existing when technical standards bond with patents. This thesis analyzes the patent policies which adopted by international standardizations and domestic standardization management institutions, and put forward some suggestions concerning the shortage of them.
