作为近年来管理研究领域前沿主题之一的批判性思维,被视为是决定员工创新行为的重要前因变量,但缺乏相关的实证研究,关于这种关系的作用机理与传导机制的研究少之又少.基于对现存研究缺口的认识,以自我调节和知识分享为理论基础,构建了包括中介效应的调节概念模型.回归分析发现,批判性思维与员工创新行为显著正相关,知识分享在两者之间起部分中介作用,而自我效能在批判性思维与知识分享之间起调节作用.证明了有调节的中介效应模型能够更好地解释批判性思维对员工创新行为作用的机理.

Critical thinking, as one of the frontier subjects of management research fields in recent years, is viewed as an important antecedent of employee innovation behavior, but we are not aware of any papers to intro-duce the empirical studies while there is little research on the mechanism and transmission of this kind of relation-ship. In view of the existing research gaps, this paper constructs the model of a mediated moderator bases on the theory of self-regulation and knowledge sharing. The results of regression analysis indicated that critical thinking is significantly positively related to employee innovation behavior, knowledge sharing is the partial intermediary be-tween critical thinking and employee innovation behavior, the self-efficacy plays moderating effect between critical thinking and knowledge sharing. Our research indicates that the model of a mediated moderator can better explain the mechanism of critical thinking on employee innovation behavior, which not only enriches and expands the scope of related management, but also provides a beneficial enlightenment to the employees' innovation manage-ment practices.
