关注于"绩效—服务化悖论"在我国上市制造企业中的具体表现,将企业所涉足的生产型服务业区分为与商品关联性较强的"产品导向"型服务业以及与商品关联性弱的"消费导向"型服务业,研究发现服务投资对于企业的销售增长有积极的促进作用,企业涉足的服务业务类型总数(广度)与企业利润率以及市场价值负相关,证实了"绩效—服务化悖论"问题的存在,但这种负相关性在企业所从事的"产品导向"型服务业种类数量(深度)与利润水平之间没有体现出来.此外,研究还表明企业的产品创新投资应当与服务化进程相匹配,否则可能适得其反,因此企业应当在产品专业化或是服务专业化战略间进行明确的选择,而不是在两者间寻求平衡.

This paper focused on the embody of 'servitization-performance paradox' in China listed manufacturer en-terprises, we divided innovative into strong correlation of 'product oriented' type of services and weak correlation of 'consumer oriented' type services, the study found that the service investment for enterprise has a positive role in promoting sales growth, the total number of enterprises involved in the service business(scope) is negatively re-lated to the enterprise profit and market value, which confirmed exist of the 'servitization-performance paradox' problem, but the negative correlations couldn't show up in 'product oriented'(depth) and profit levels. In addition, the research also shows that the enterprise's product innovation process shall match the service investment level, otherwise may backfire, so enterprises should trade-offs between 'full-scope' servitization strategy and product inno-vation strategy.
