通过在650℃等温时效,采用物理化学相分析、X射线衍射等方法研究了不同时效时间下P92钢中沉淀相的转变规律。结果表明:未经时效处理的P92钢中沉淀相主要为M23 C6和MX相,其中M23 C6占绝大多数;随着时效时间的延长,沉淀相总含量不断增加,M23 C6含量缓慢增加, Laves相大量析出;时效3000 h后,M23 C6、MX 和Laves相的含量基本趋于稳定;沉淀相总量的变化主要受Laves相析出量的影响。

The precipitate phase transformation in P92 steel during isothermal aging at 650 ℃ for different times was investigated by physicochemical phase analysis and XRD analysis.The results show that the precipitates in P9 2 steel under the as-received condition primarily consisted of M23 C6 carbides and MX phase.With the prolongation of the aging time,the total precipitation content increased continuously.The content of M23 C6 increased slightly,while Laves phase nucleated and grew rapidly during aging.After aged for 3 000 h,the content of M23 C6 ,MX and Laves phase seemed to be stable.Laves phase content plays a key role in the variation of total precipitation content.
