党的十八大以来，党中央高度重视党员队伍建设，作出一系列新的部署，对严格党员发展程序、提高党员发展质量提出了明确要求。高校扩招以来，大学生党员数量显著增加，而党员质量有所下降。在新形势下，构建大学生党员发展量化考核指标体系，是提高大学生党员发展质量的重要因素。如何全面把握和坚持党员发展标准，是党建工作的一个难题。本文主要探讨构建党员发展量化考核指标体系的原则和笔者工作中的一些探索。
黨的十八大以來，黨中央高度重視黨員隊伍建設，作齣一繫列新的部署，對嚴格黨員髮展程序、提高黨員髮展質量提齣瞭明確要求。高校擴招以來，大學生黨員數量顯著增加，而黨員質量有所下降。在新形勢下，構建大學生黨員髮展量化攷覈指標體繫，是提高大學生黨員髮展質量的重要因素。如何全麵把握和堅持黨員髮展標準，是黨建工作的一箇難題。本文主要探討構建黨員髮展量化攷覈指標體繫的原則和筆者工作中的一些探索。
당적십팔대이래，당중앙고도중시당원대오건설，작출일계렬신적부서，대엄격당원발전정서、제고당원발전질량제출료명학요구。고교확초이래，대학생당원수량현저증가，이당원질량유소하강。재신형세하，구건대학생당원발전양화고핵지표체계，시제고대학생당원발전질량적중요인소。여하전면파악화견지당원발전표준，시당건공작적일개난제。본문주요탐토구건당원발전양화고핵지표체계적원칙화필자공작중적일사탐색。
Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,Party Central Committee attaches great importance to the construction of Party members,and makes a series of new arrangements to improve the quality of Party members and put forward a clear re-quirement.Since the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities,the number of college students has been significantly in-creased,but the quality of the Party members has declined.Under the new situation,to construct college student Party mem-bers development quantitative assessment index system is an important factor to improve the quality of college student Party members.How to grasp and adhere to the Party's development standards is a problem of the party construction work.This paper mainly discusses the construction of Party members'development of quantitative assessment index system and the principle in the work of the author.
