凭借参数化、可视化、协调性等特点,BIM协同设计逐渐取代传统设计模式,但很少有对于设计企业前期如何选择运用BIM协同设计的研究.本文通过对比分析,选出适合设计企业的核心建模软件和协同设计工作模式.最后得出基于Revit的工作集模式与链接模式混合协同设计模式更适合于我国多专业一体的设计企业,为初次运用BIM协同设计的设计企业提供借鉴.

With the characteristics of parametric, visualization, coordination, and so on, BIM-Based cooperative design has gradually replaced the traditional design pattern. Through comparative analysis, the suitable BIM authoring software and collaborative design model for the design enterprise are chosen in this article. Finally, it comes to the conclusion that the collaborative design mode mixed with working set mode and link model based on Revit is more suitable for the design enterprise, which provides reference for the first time of the design enterprise using BIM-based collaborative design.
