采用微机控制电子式万能拉伸试验机研究了应力水平、加载速率、加载历史等对1Cr18Ni9Ti钢管常温蠕变性能的影响以及常温蠕变和加载历史对屈服强度的影响。结果表明:钢管的常温蠕变应变随应力水平和加载速率的增大而增大;加载历史使二次常温蠕变应变减小;当钢管经过不同加载过程的常温蠕变后,不动位错密度增加,之后再进行二次拉伸可使屈服强度有所提高。

Effects of stress level,loading velocity and loading process on room temperature creep properties of 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel tube and influences of room temperature creep and loading process on yield stress were studied by using microcomputer control electric tensile tester.The results show that room temperature creep strain of the steel tube increased with the increase of stress level and loading velocity.The loading process could decrease the secendary room temperature strain .The density of the fixed dislocation increased after different loading processes were carried on the steel tube,and the subsquent secondary tensile process could raise the yield strength of the steel tube.
