高校就业工作是一项系统工程，而就业指导课是系统工程中的重要基石，本文全面总结了当前高校就业指导课程现状及其存在的瓶颈，通过对 MOOC 的主要特征和教学模式优势的分析，提出基于 MOOC 理念下的高校就业指导课程教学模式的构建思路。

The work of employment of higher colleges is a systematic project,the course of employment guidance is an impor-tant cornerstone of the system engineering.This paper summarizes the current situation and existing problems of the current em-ployment guidance course in higher colleges through the analysis of the main characteristics of MOOC and the advantages of teaching mode.It puts forward some ideas of employment guidance course based on the concept of MOOC.
