铅锌矿选矿过程中,由于选矿药剂加入,使得选矿废水含有有机物和重金属元素,水质需要采用对有机物削减和重金属脱除的处理工艺,才能达到《铅、锌工业污染物排放标准》(GB25466-2010),取原水 pH 值为11.00,COD 为300 mg·L-1,Pb2+为30.0 mg·L-1进行试验研究,用混凝沉淀再加吸附两段工艺可使废水达到《铅、锌工业污染物排放标准》(GB25466-2010),单用混凝沉淀可以削减废水中有机物和脱除重金属,但出水不能达到《铅、锌工业污染物排放标准》(GB25466-2010)。

Due to the addition of beneficiation reagents during the process of beneficiation of Pb-Zn deposit, the beneficiation wastewater contains organic substances and heavy metal ions,and the water quality can meet the requirements of Emission Standard of Pollutants for Lead and Zinc Industry (GB25466-2010) only after treatment process including reduction of organic substances and heavy metal ions.This paper conducted experi-ments on the raw water of which pH is 11.00,COD is 300 mg·L-1 and Pb2+ is 30.0 mg·L-1 .By applying two-stage process of coagulating sedimentation and adsorption,the wastewater conformed to Emission Standard of Pollutants for Lead and Zinc Industry (GB25466-2010 ).Organic substances and heavy metal ions in the wastewater can be reduced by coagulating sedimentation alone,but the effluent cannot meet the requirements of Emission Standard of Pollutants for Lead and Zinc Industry (GB25466-2010).
