In order to better evaluate accounting applied talents' comprehensive quality, provide supplementary for career growth of the accounting personnel, support direction for college accounting applied talents training, offer a reference for enterprise in selecting talents and finish the quantitative assessment of accounting practical talents' comprehensive quality, this article from the professional ethics, knowledge system and ability system of three main factors as well as 12 secondary indicators to build the accounting applied talents' comprehensive quality evaluation index system, which is analyzed in detail through the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Fuzzy Evaluation method.
