This paper introduced the metallogenic characteristics of oxide manganese deposits in the northeast-ern Guangxi and analyzed the ore-controlling factors,prospecting clues and prospecting potential of oxide manganese deposits.The author believed that the occurrence of the manganese deposits in the area were con-trolled by factors like climate,horizon,lithology,fold and topography,and the deposits had favorable ex-ploration and mining prospect.The conclusions provided in this paper can be used as reference in resource development and management.
