[目的]探讨情志护理在内科保守治疗基底节出血病人中的应用效果。[方法]选取行内科保守治疗的60例基底节出血病人为研究对象，按随机分配原则分为对照组和观察组，每组30例。对照组接受常规护理，观察组则采取情志护理，采用生活质量评价量表(SF 36)评价两组病人的生活质量，比较两组病人的治疗效果、并发症发生情况和生活质量评分。[结果]观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组病人、并发症发生率低于对照组、SF 36量表各项目评分均高于对照组，经比较差异均有统计学意义(均 P <0.05)。[结论]情志护理应用于内科保守治疗基底节出血病人中，可有效改善治疗效果，降低并发症发生率，改善病人的生活质量。

Objective:To probe into the application effect of emotional nursing for patients with basal nucleus hemorrhage receiving conservative medical treatment.Methods:A total of 60 cases with basal nucleus hemor-rhage receiving conservative medical treatment were chosen as research subjects from July 2012 to December 2014.According to the random distribution principle,they were divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each.The patients in control group accepted routine nursing,while the patients in observation group received the emotional nursing intervention.The therapeutic effect,complications and life quality score were compared between both groups.Results:The effective rate of treatment of patients in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group.The incidence of complications of patients in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group.All items scores of the short form health survey ques-tionnaire (SF 36)in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group.And all the differ-ences were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:Emotional nursing used for patients with basal nucle-us hemorrhage receiving conservative medical therapy could effectively improve treatment effect and quality of life of the patients,it also may reduce the incidence of the complications.
