本文主要探讨了硫酸亚铁处理镀锡废水的工艺参数,经过试验得出最佳的工艺条件为:100ml含锡废水中Sn浓度96.337mg/l,pH12.56,向其加入6ml 2%的硫酸亚铁、3ml 3.5%的氯化铝、充分搅拌后再调节废水的pH到8.5-9.0,再加入1-3ml0.8%的PAM,放置3-5分钟,废水分层,上清液清澈透明,下层渣成乳白色的块状,经原子吸收分光光度计检测上清液Sn离子浓度为0.0316mg/l。

This paper mainly discusses using ferrous sulfate processing tin waste water process parameters through test,the optimum condition was obtained:100ml tin containing wastewater in Sn concentration 96. 337mg/l,pH12. 56,to join the2%ferrous sulfate 6ml,3ml3. 5% aluminum chloride,stirring after the regulation of wastewater from PH to 8. 5-9. 0,then add1-3ml0. 8% PAM,placed 3-5 minutes,layered supernatant wastewater,clear and transparent,the lower slag into a milky white block,by atomic absorption spectrophotometer was detected in the supernatant of Sn ion concentration is 0. 0316mg/l.
