Since 2013, especially since late February, because of the slow world economic recovery, the continues weak macro economy and market demand of China, rapid increase of import coal and other factors, the situation of China's coal market had rapidly plummeted, the coal enterprises faced unprecedented management pressure. Under the new economic crisis, how to deal with the severe market challenges, this paper puts forward some ideas from the perspective of cost control.
