At present, the application of option game theory has become one of hot spots in real estate land development investment decision. The new development direction of real estate project investment decision is to build the land development model, which is based on the theory of game theory. This paper focuses on the application of the option game theory to determine the best time of real estate development. Through the empirical case, the paper discusses the game competition of the double oligopoly in the equal market structure, and provides the optimization strategy for the real estate developers.
