This paper introduces the overall design ideas of the method of DSP (takeing TMS320F2812 as an example) Flash program upgrading online and the designs of the PC and the PLC. The upgrading online method is based on RS422 communication interface, which is convenient and safe. It can improve the usability and operability of DSP Flash application upgrading, which has been tested in practice.
