采用数据包络分析方法中的 CCR、BCC 与超效率模型,对2012年我国15个沿海主要港口的物流效率进行了实证研究。结果表明,我国沿海主要港口的总体物流效率较低,主要原因是港口的规模效率没有达到最优。其中,华东地区港口由于发展较早,规模庞大,现有规模已经超过最佳规模,呈现出规模效益递减,其物流效率最为低下,应在合理扩大规模的基础上,努力提高产出,深度发掘港口吞吐能力,提升物流效率。

This article has used data envelopment analysis CCR,BCC and super -efficient models to research the logistics effi-ciency of Chinese 15 major coastal ports with the data of 2012.The results showed that the overall logistics of major coastal ports is low,mainly because the scale efficiency did not reach optimal.The lowest efficiency occur in eastern China,mainly because ports in East China had developed earlier,their scale is becoming larger and larger.Existing scale has exceeded its optimal size,showed a diminishing scale.Among them,there is a big investment redundancy in Shanghai Port.The ports in southeast region have showed the increasing scale effect because they did not reach to the optimal scale.Especially Zhanjiang Port and Fuzhou Port did not uncover the large number of potential throughput due to the unreasonable size.Ports in North China have developed more balanced,and they are competitive.Therefore,most ports in China should improve the throughout capacity deeply,improve their logistics efficiency based on a reasonable scale.
